Since 2016, we've photographed headshots for individuals and corporate teams of up to 200 people across Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Texas, Illinois, and New York. Individual sessions run 30-45 minutes with 2-3 background and lighting setups, wardrobe changes, and real-time coaching on expression and posture. Corporate team sessions are structured for efficiency — we set up on-site at your office with portable studio lighting and backgrounds, cycling team members through in 10-15 minute slots with minimal disruption to the workday. Every headshot package includes professional retouching that enhances without altering — clean skin, even lighting, and natural color — plus delivery in multiple crops and resolutions sized for LinkedIn, websites, email signatures, and print. Turnaround is 3-5 business days for individuals and 7-10 for corporate teams. We also offer annual headshot refresh packages for companies with growing or rotating teams.
