Can I add hours day-of?

Yes. Additional coverage is available at our current hourly rate, subject to photographer/videographer availability. We recommend booking extra hours in advance.

What if my event runs long?

We never pack up mid-event. If your event runs over your booked time, we'll continue coverage and bill additional hours at our standard rate.

How long until I receive my photos/video?

Photos: 4–6 weeks standard, or 72 hours with our Rushed Processing add-on. Video: 6–8 weeks standard, or 2 weeks with Rushed Processing.

Is the deposit refundable?

The 50% signing deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date within 12 months of the original event.

Do you travel outside my city?

Yes — we cover all 50 states. Travel fees apply for events outside the local market area at $0.73/mile.

Every package includes full print rights. Your private online gallery is hosted for 60+ days and includes a link to Miller's Professional Imaging for professional-quality prints.

What music is used in my video?

We use royalty-free music and any music we hold a license to. You can share song preferences and we'll match the style of your event.

How long will my final video be?

You choose the length of your final edit. We'll guide you through options from highlight reels (3–5 min) to full ceremony films (30–60 min) during your consultation.
