How To Get Proof Of Insurance For Your Venue

Download our certificate of insurance or copy a link to forward to your venue coordinator.

Many venues ask every vendor for proof of liability insurance. You can get ours yourself at any time from your Candid Studios client portal.

Step 1

Open For Your Venue In Documents

Choose Documents in the sidebar and find For your venue. The Proof of insurance card shows the certificate and the date it is current through.

  • Choose Download to save the PDF.
  • Choose Copy link to copy a link you can paste into an email to your venue coordinator.

Yes. Candid Studios is fully insured, and you can download our current proof of insurance anytime under Documents in your client portal.

My venue needs to be listed as an additional insured. What do I do?

Message us from your client portal with the venue's exact legal name and contact email, and we will issue a custom certificate.
