Walking into The Majestic Ballroom, the first thing that catches our lens is the light bouncing off the crystal chandeliers. It's a flexible space, so no two weddings set up quite the same way, and we always walk the room ahead of time to plan our shots around whatever layout the couple chooses.
Our favorite move is stepping just outside to the lakeside reception area. It gives us a natural, open-air backdrop for portraits without ever leaving the property, a nice contrast to the formal, neoclassical interior.
