Candid Studios uses text messages for customer service on inquiries and bookings. This page is the public description of how you opt in, what we send, and how to stop.
Where this consent is collected
End users opt in on our public booking inquiry form at https://www.candidstudios.net/contact. On the last step there is an unchecked checkbox. Checking it is optional and is not required to submit the form or book. The checkbox text is:
“By submitting this form, you consent to receive text messages from Candid Studios LLC for customer service and booking details (e.g. estimate follow-ups, scheduling, project updates). What these messages are for
Text messages from Candid Studios are limited to customer service and booking-related communication, for example confirming we received your inquiry, following up on an estimate you requested, scheduling details, and updates about a project you already booked. We do not use this channel for unrelated promotional or marketing messages.
Mobile numbers
If you opt in, we use your mobile number only to send those customer-service texts. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers to third parties or affiliates for their own messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on your active inquiries or bookings.
