How it works
- Step 1Create your listing
Apply online with your business name, category, and markets. Sign in with email or whatever account you prefer.
- Step 2Finish your profile
Add a bio, logo or cover, at least three images, a website or Instagram, and review links so we can check reputation.
- Step 3We review before recommending you
Our team vets your portfolio and reviews. Listings stay hidden until we approve them. Nothing goes live automatically.
- Step 4Photos and film, if we shot there
Related weddings we photographed or filmed appear for you. Sign the short media release to download full-resolution photos and access the film, and credit Candid Studios when you share them.
What to have ready
- Logo or cover photo
- Clear bio (who you serve and where)
- 3+ portfolio images
- At least one market / service area
- Website or Instagram
- Google or other review links (helps us vet reputation)
- Category (venue, florist, planner, DJ, etc. - not competing photo/video studios)
