Recommended-vendor listings are free after we review them. Email us first and we send a claim link. That is also how venues get photos from weddings we photographed there.
How it works
- Step 1Email us
Write support@candidstudios.net with your business name, city, and former name if you rebranded. That is how we match you. There is no self-serve register button.
- Step 2Open the claim link
We send a private link. Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Facebook (that creates the account), then confirm the listing.
- Step 3Finish the profile
Add a bio, logo or cover, at least three images, your market, and a website or Instagram. We review before anything goes public. Empty shells stay hidden.
- Step 4Photos, if we shot there
Weddings we photographed at your venue show up under Photos. Sign the short release to download full-resolution photos, and credit Photo: Candid Studios when you share them.
What to have ready
- Logo or cover photo
- Clear bio (who you serve and where)
- 3+ portfolio images
- At least one market / service area
- Website or Instagram
- Google or other review links (helps us vet reputation)
- Category (venue, florist, planner, DJ, etc. - not competing photo/video studios)
