Family photography with Candid Studios captures your family as you actually are — the way your kids laugh, the way you hold each other, the energy that makes your family yours. Since 2016, we’ve photographed families of every size and configuration across Colorado, Florida, Ohio, Texas, Illinois, and New York, from newborns to multi-generational gatherings. Sessions run 45-90 minutes at a location of your choosing — a favorite park, your home, a beach, or a downtown neighborhood — and include wardrobe coordination guidance and a relaxed, play-based approach that keeps kids engaged instead of forcing them to sit still and smile. We capture a mix of traditional group portraits, candid interactions, and individual shots of each family member. Every package includes 40-75 retouched images delivered in a private online gallery with digital downloads and a print release. We recommend scheduling during golden hour for the most flattering natural light, and we always build buffer time into the session for snack breaks, outfit changes, and toddler negotiations.
