1. Reasonable Accommodation Policy

4. Drug-Free Workplace Policy
Candid Studios is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. The illegal use, possession, distribution, or sale of drugs or controlled substances by employees while on company premises or during working hours is strictly prohibited.
5. Drug Testing
Candid Studios may require employees to undergo drug testing as permitted by applicable laws. Employees may be subject to drug testing in the following situations:
a. Pre-Employment: All job applicants who have received a conditional offer of employment may be required to undergo drug testing.
b. Random Testing: Employees may be subject to random drug testing as deemed necessary by Candid Studios.
c. Reasonable Suspicion: If Candid Studios has a reasonable suspicion that an employee is under the influence of drugs or engaged in illegal drug use while at work, the employee be required to undergo testing.
6. Compliance with Laws
Employees are expected to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding drug use and reasonable accommodation. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
